SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS:
GIRLS:
Please register as your Girl Scout level
Register for Camping (Saturday 4:00 p.m. through Sunday 11:00 a.m.) or Saturday Only (SAT 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
ADULTS:
Please register as your Adult status (Troop Leader, Registered GS Adult, or other Adult)
Register for Camping (Saturday 4:00 p.m. through Sunday 11:00 a.m.) or Saturday Only (SAT 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
TENTS:
Tents will be at the Troop Level or Parent/Daughter level.
You are responsible for bringing your own tents by Troop or Family. If you don't have a tent(s), ask around to borrow. GSRV has okay tents to borrow which Leaders can reserve and pickup, if available. Reserve through the GSRV Volunteer site.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
We have Female and Male leaders, all guardians are welcome.
On camping trips where tents will be used, we ensure male volunteers bring their own tent(s) situated in a logical area separate from the girls so that this adult can still count as part of the ratios. When setting up camp we will designate an end for male(s), and inform girls so girls do not mistakenly enter that tent. Males can be in a tent with other males or by themselves.
During parent/daughter(s) campouts, one family unit may sleep in the same tent. We will have an area designated to accommodate family arrangements.
MEALS:
Food will be provided for Dinner, Evening Snack, and Breakfast.
We will do some outdoor cooking as part of the event.
Please tell us if there are any dietary restrictions or food allergies we need to be aware of in the comments section during checkout.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are required upon registration through our PayPal process.
We charge a fee per girl just to cover Campsite fees, Dinner, Evening Snack, Breakfast, Activities, & most Art Supplies (bring a dark t-shirt). The adult fee is really just nominal to cover some food.
We do not usually offer refunds unless we cancel the campout due to extreme conditions. You are however able to substitute another girl and/or adult to use your registration if needed.
