All girls need a signed permission form that will be turned in at check in. Previously filled out annual permissions form will suffice.

Leaders need to have health history forms on hand at Encampment for all girls AND adults. Previously filled out forms, that are less than 1 year old, will work.

This form is required for girls to explicitly allow or not allow specific medicines, bugs spray, sun screen, etc.

One copy of this must be turned in to the registration desk upon arrival. If a girl or adult leaves/arrives during Encampment it must be updated at the registration desk. This ensures that we know who is at camp at all times.

Working troops need to turn in this form, with receipts, by the end of Encampment. If you do not turn in your form before you check out your troop will be responsible for your expenses. If you would like to return extra supplies thereby requiring more time inform Simon or Tonya before the end of encampment.

A guide for what you may need your girls to pack in order to attend Encampment for the day. Please note that a reusable water bottle and rain gear should be priority items. Closed toed shoes are a MUST. Crocs and sandals are not allowed at camp.

We would like for each girl to have a completed photo release form turned in at check in. This form is used to either give or not give permission for a girls image to be used. Our intentions would be to use the photos on this website.
